Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by ApexPro Indio Roofer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services Provided
ApexPro Indio Roofer provides roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, roof installation, roof inspection, residential and commercial roofing, emergency roofing services, and gutter installation and repair. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. All labor is guaranteed for a period specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others. To maintain your warranty, you must follow any maintenance recommendations we provide.
Liability and Insurance
ApexPro Indio Roofer is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance to protect both you and our employees.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for our services.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We make every effort to complete work on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. Please inform us of any hazards, pets, or special circumstances before work begins.
We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other items that may be unavoidably affected during normal roofing operations.
Changes to Services
If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we will inform you immediately and provide a revised estimate. No additional work will be performed without your approval. Changes to the project scope may affect the timeline and cost.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems fairly and promptly.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You agree that any legal action must be brought within one year of the date the issue arose.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
